De europæiske noteringer har fortsat stigninger i denne uge, hvor prisen på smør stiger med knap 5 procent, mens der for SMP, WMP og Edam er tale om stigninger på ca. 2 – 3 procent. Den hollandske bulkpris på smør er nu på sit højeste niveau siden januar 2014.

This week the European quotations continued to rise. Butter went up with about 5 percent, while SMP, WMP and Edam went up with approx. 2 – 3 percent. The Dutch quotation for butter (bulk) is now at the highest level since January 2014. New World Marked prices are rising for both butter (+14 pct.), WMP (+20 pct.), SMP (+4 pct.) and cheddar (+12 pct.).
