Det er desuden vigtigt at udvikle analyser og metoder, der kan bruges til vurdering og dokumentation af produkternes sikkerhed, kvalitet og holdbarhed.

The Danish Dairy Research Foundation invest in research that can ensure a high level of food safety, which is central for maintaining credibility in relation to customers and consumers. It is also important to develop analyzes and methods that can be used to assess and document the products' safety, quality, and durability.
