Prisen på ost forsætter med at stige

I denne uge fortsatte stigningen på smør, som steg med ca. 1 pct., hvorimod både SMP og WMP fastholdt sidste uges priser. For ost er det værd at bemærke, at prisen nu er steget de seneste to uger efter ellers at have haft ligget konstant siden juni.

• Denne uges GDT-auktion endte med et fald i GDT-indekset på 3,1 pct. Faldet kom efter 4 auktioner i træk, hvor indekset samlet set er steget 63 pct. For de enkelte produkter skete der følgende: sødmælkspulver: USD 2.694/ton(-4,6 pct.); skummetmælkspulver: USD 2.178/ton (-4,5 pct.); smør: USD 2.850/ton (-11,1 pct.); cheddar: USD 3.163/ton (-2,2 pct.); laktose: USD 507/ton (-3,8 pct.); løbekasein: USD 6.178/ton (+2,1 pct.); smørolie (AMF): USD 3.856/ton (+2,2 pct.)

The Dutch price for butter went up with 1 pct. this week. WMP and SMP kept the same price as last week, but now the German cheese has increased for two weeks in a row. At the GDT-auction this week, the index went down with 3.1 pct., but it is still to remember, that at the last 4 auctions before, it went up with totally 63 pct.
