Noteringerne er igen i denne uge steget kraftigt for smør, WMP og SMP i Holland og Tyskland. For størstedelen af disse produkter er der tale om stigninger på 20 – 30 procent siden begyndelsen af januar. Derimod er der ingen stigninger for ost, som fortsætter på niveau med sidste uge.

Gårsdagens GDT-auktion endte med en stigning for GDT-indekset på 10,1 pct., så samlet er indekset steget 26 pct. i år. WMP stod for den største stigning på 13,7 pct. til i alt 3.272 USD/t, SMP: +5,7 pct. til 2.744 USD/t, cheddar: +16,8 pct. til 3.054 USD/t, smør: +1,1 pct. til 3.823 USD/t, AMF: +6,4 pct. til 4.314 USD/t, BMP: +1,9 pct. til 2.674 USD/t og løbekasein: +1,2 pct. til 8.897 USD/t.
UK summary
The quotations for butter, WMP and SMP in both NL and DE continue to rise this week. For these products the quotations have increased with 20 – 30 percent since the beginning of the year. However no changes for cheese, which continues at the same level as last week. At the GDT-auction yesterday, the index went up 10.1 pct. - now up 26 pct. so far this year. Once again the big gainer was WMP, up 13.7 pct. to 3,272 USD/t, now up 44 pct. so far this year. SMP was up 5.7 pct. to 2,744 USD/t, up 18 pct. so far this year. Cheddar cheese, weaker at recent auctions, was up 16.8 pct. at 3,054 USD, but only up 1.7 pct. so far this year. Butter was up 1.1 pct. to 3,823 (+22 pct. so far this year) and AMF (butteroil) was up 6.4 pct. at 4,314 (+2.7 pct.). BMP was up 1,9 pct. at $2,674 (+8.4 pct.) and rennet casein was up 1.2 pct. at 8,897 (+17.5 pct.).
